Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nProcess Excellence Team Lead__\nYour role and responsibilities\nReporting to the Global AutoBank&Process Excellence Manager providing key support for the whole O2C Stream in the area of CFIN and SAP4HANA. You will be involved in CFIN and SAP4HANA implementation, UATs and post implementation “service”. Crucial part of the role would be ongoing contact with O2C end users to understand and address better their needs and provide trainings answering technical aspects of CFIN and SAP4Hana.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nFacilitating learning through a variety of delivery methods to onboard new hires and upskill end-users. This could include classroom Instruction, virtual training, team meetings, on-line learning debriefs, practical labs, peer to peer coaching, and train-the-trainer sessions\nTraining users on O2C processes and appropriate system use. Creating and maintain user manuals, documentation and SOPs as needed\nEngaging with business leaders, users and partners to understand processes, needs, challenges and deliver solutions, and/or issue resolution during activities such as adapt to standard, process reviews, etc.\nParticipating in testing (UAT) activities as needed and initiate or promote sustainable process improvements\nActing as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CFIN and SAP4HANA to assist in curriculum development - including revisions to existing course content and new material creation\nCommunicating process and related system CFIN and SAP4HANA changes to users, including ‘translating’ system functionality into simple business relevant language\nWorking one-on-one with learners to identify areas of skill and opportunities. Seeking input from and provide feedback to learners to aid with knowledge transfer and behavior change\nServing as 1st level of support for end users technical / process issues, answering questions, enabling/documenting solutions and/or escalating as appropriate \nQualifications for the role:\n5+ years of experience in order to cash (O2C) processes\nSolid understanding of O2C processes and practical knowledge of CFIN and SAP4Hana environment for configuration of SAP4HANA Finance into the system\nAbility to transfer knowledge, train others, support end-users and support ongoing improvement in technical aspects of CFIN and SAP4HANA\nAdvanced proficiency with the MS Office and O365 suite\nProficiency in the English language\nProblem-solving mindset, solid organizational and interpersonal skills\nGood communication skills - end user interaction, user training, conducting workshops\nProject management exposure and prior experience developing training materials and documenting processes will be an asset\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
