Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis Position reports to:\nCompliance Operations LeadYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to establish and maintain operational methods, service compliance, and procedures. Each day, you will be responsible for planning, design, implementation and continuous improvement within governance, compliance, assurance, and/or risk. You will also showcase your expertise by guiding, advising, or supporting in all operational aspects, including document management and systems and procedures analysis.\nThe work model for the role is: hybrid\nThis role is contributing to the the FPDS ITGC Compliance based in India and Poland.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nOverseeing the complete and accurate collection, validation, and documentation of data related to internal controls within the designated scope\nMonitoring the accuracy of the risk and compliance control description and ensuring timely, consistent, and accurate control performance to meet corporate requirements \nProviding timely and accurate support for risk and compliance testing in your area of responsibility for regular assessment and confirmation of the performance of controls \nCoordinating the assessment of risks to the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of systems that support critical business processes. \nYou will join a dynamic team, where you will be able to thrive.\n Qualifications for the role\nBachelor’s degree in IT, finance or related area \n2-4 plus years of relevant experience with good knowledge of industry framework, standards and practices (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 2700x, etc.) / Professional certification (e.g. CISA, ITIL) considered as a plus\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills are required\nIS/IT process knowledge \nStrong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of underlying business processes and technologies \nComplex problem solving skills \nData management skills / Documentation skills \nGood communication skills to deal with different stakeholders \nFluent spoken and written English. \nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
