Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nProduction Supervisor__\nThe work model for the role is: Onsite, Fort Smith, AR\nYour role and responsibilities:\nProduction & Assembly: Connect, clamp, and braze wires on motors; use hand tools and follow detailed manufacturing instructions to produce quality, defect-free products that meet production goals.\nTechnical Proficiency: Read and comprehend diagrams, TDRs, and special instructions using Shop Floor Display; understand flex flow and day/rank systems.\nTeamwork & Flexibility: Cross-train and assist with tasks like testing, shaping, lacing, and sleeving; support other team functions and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.\nSafety & Housekeeping: Prioritize safety, report issues, maintain daily housekeeping, and be willing to work overtime and perform other duties as needed.\nQualifications for the role:\nHS Diploma or equivalent required.\n 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.\nMust pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.\nProficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.\nRegular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.\nWhat's in it for you\nWe want you to bring your full self to work-your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
