The Motion business is the global market leader in electric motors and variable speed drives. You will work closely with our Business Process Owner (BPO) and act as the link between daily operations and process optimization. You understand business processes and can translate this knowledge into improvements that positively impact both your colleagues and our customers.\nYour responsibilities\nManage and develop processes, work instructions, and training materials.\nDeliver process-focused, hands-on training sessions and facilitate knowledge transfer.\nDrive process improvements and digitalization initiatives within systems such as SAP CS, Salesforce, OMS, and CQP (ABB’s proprietary quotation system).\nManage the FSL scheduling module, including related time registration tools such as Growteq and Pulsar.\nCoordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing, including incident registration and follow-up.\nLead or participate in projects focused primarily on the Motion Service business, while also contributing to cross-business initiatives when required.\nYour profile\nBachelor’s degree level (HBO+) or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a B2B environment.\nExcellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.\nExperience within a service-oriented organization or service business is an advantage.\nExperience with change management and a solid understanding of how to drive organizational change.\nAbility to independently lead processes and projects.\nA proactive mindset, taking initiative when identifying opportunities for improvement.\nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into practical solutions.\nExperience working within a complex organization and managing multiple stakeholders and competing interests.\nWhat's in it for you?\nA varied and challenging full-time position (40 hours per week) within a global organization.
