Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nCountry Holding Officer__\nRol y responsabilidades\nEn esta posición, serás responsable de garantizar que los deberes fiduciarios relacionados con Salud, Seguridad y Ambiente (HSE) sean gestionados adecuadamente. Diariamente mantendrás liderazgo, experiencia y soporte optimizado en HSE para Panamá, mientras proporcionas apoyo estratégico a la región de Centroamérica y el Caribe. También demostrarás tu expertise representando a ABB externamente en temas de HSE al interactuar con clientes, autoridades locales y otros stakeholders.\nEl modelo de trabajo para este rol es:Hibrido\nEsta posición contribuye a la gestión salud y seguridad ocupacional a nivel pais. Los principales stakeholders incluyen autoridades regulatorias locales, clientes, equipos de gestión regional y equipos operacionales en la región.\nSerás principalmente responsable de:\n· Implementar y fortalecer las políticas del Grupo ABB y el Marco de Responsabilidad HSE & Seguridad en Panamá y la región\n· Recopilar y preparar reportes de desempeño fiduciario de acuerdo con normativas locales e internacionales\n· Asegurar la gestión apropiada de deberes fiduciarios HSE conforme a legislación panameña\n· Asistir al equipo de gestión del país y la región en la comprensión de obligaciones, responsabilidades legales y requisitos para cumplimiento normativo HSE\n· Coordina los procesos de auditoría y su correspondiente preparación, así como la interacción con el equipo auditor.\n· Orienta y coordina los programas de capacitación impartidos por el Grupo ABB\nQualifications for the role\nExperiencia avanzada en sistemas de gestión HSE (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001) y metodologías de implementación\n· Mínimo 8-10 años de experiencia en HSE, preferentemente en roles de gestión o liderazgo en contexto latinoamericano\n· Conocimiento profundo y demostrado de normativas ISO (45001, 14001) y legislación HSE de Panamá y Centroamérica\n· Fluidez completa en inglés hablado y escrito\n· Educación formal en HSE, Ingeniería, Seguridad Industrial o disciplina relacionada\n· Experiencia previa como Country Manager, HSE Manager Regional o posición similar\n· Pasión por liderazgo, gestión del cambio y mejora continua en cultura HSE\n· Visa de trabajo válida en Panamá\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
