Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis Position reports to:\nAccounting & Reporting Manager - AccountRoles and responsibilities:\nManage credit operations across 70+ countries with 65,000+ customers, with authorization limits up to 200K USD (large), 100K USD (medium), or 50K USD (small countries)\nAssess creditworthiness and credit ratings for new customers and conduct annual/monthly reviews for existing customers in assigned portfolio\nAnalyze financial and non-financial information to develop credit profiles, make recommendations, and support business partnerships\nMonitor customer portfolios, manage credit limit exceedances, and coordinate with sales and business teams on credit issues and escalations\nParticipate in Credit Circle sessions with global stakeholders including Global Credit Risk Management leadership and process owners\nEnsure compliance with Global Credit Policy and provide feedback on risk mitigation practices across ABB\nSupport system implementation and process improvements in collaboration with SAP4HANA specialists and credit management tools\nQualification for the role:\n1-3 years of experience in credit analysis, credit control, or similar Credit Specialist roles within a global organization.\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Financial Audit, or a related field.\nStrong ability to analyze financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, and credit bureau reports.\nExcellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to present and explain credit risks effectively.\nExperience in credit risk assessment and governance, ensuring receivables are secured and risks are appropriately managed.\nProven capability to collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\nDemonstrates high accuracy, attention to detail, proactive mindset, and continuous improvement focus, including credit process enhancement.\nFluent English communication skills are required; knowledge of European languages, SAP S/4HANA, and professional credit risk certifications are advantageous\nMore about us\nABB Finance is a trusted partner to the business and a world-class team who delivers forward-looking insights that drive sustainable long-term results and operates with the highest standards.
