Each day, you will coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership. You will also showcase your expertise by improving customer satisfaction.\nThe work model for the role is: #LI-onsite\nThis role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions in Pinetops, North Carolina . Main stakeholders are internal and external customers. \nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nEnsures the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.\nRecommends appropriate solution for customer requests, and coordinates with the related teams to ensure end-to-end handling of the request (e.g., production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice, etc.) is in place.\nKeeps the customers proactively informed on the issue status based on the inputs received and clarifies their doubts.\nEnsures a positive customer experience throughout the entire process.\nPrepares and analyzes regular statistics (e.g., forecast) using available tools and collecting additional relevant information.\nTracks regular sales performance against the target and shares insights with the management.\nQualifications for the role\nHigh School diploma and 3 to 5 years of experience or a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments.\nDemonstrated skills in working effectively with people with diverse backgrounds; both inside the plant environment and with external contacts.\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft programs, Excel, Word, Power Point, Microsoft outlook.\nSAP experience required.\nSalesforce experience preferred.\nOperates in a fast-paced environment where critical decisions must be made quickly, and teamwork is essential.\nStrong communication skills are necessary to work effectively with the management group, hourly employees, vendors and with end customers.\nCandidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.\nWhy ABB?\nWhat's in it for you\nWe want you to bring your full self to work-your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
