You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the development of technical expertise solutions and services.\nThe work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite.\nThis role is contributing to the to the Process Automation business in Energy Industries based in Bangalore, India\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nDesign and implement project-specific system, network, and security architectures, delivering sustainable services to maintain cybersecurity standards.\nEnsure that project and service deliveries comply with defined cybersecurity levels\nDevelop and introduce cybersecurity-related policies, standards, and practices and actively identify, manage, and mitigate cybersecurity risks.\nStay ahead of current and emerging technologies and trends in cybersecurity and Represent ABB as a cybersecurity expert in customer engagements.\nMaintain and share an in-depth understanding of global cybersecurity risks, market requirements, regulations, and standards.\nYou will join a highly talented team, where you will be able to thrive\nQualifications for the role:\n8-12 Years of experience in hands-on knowledge of domains in Active Directory, WSUS, ePO, system and network hardening, and application whitelisting and experience in CND activities (Protect, Detect, Respond, and Sustain) within a Computer Incident Response organization.\nThorough understanding of the lifecycle of network threats, attack vectors, and exploitation methods, including intrusion tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).\nAdvanced knowledge of TCP/IP, networking protocols, traffic flow, system administration, OSI model, defense-in-depth, and security elements and hands-on experience analyzing logs, network data (e.g., NetFlow, Full Packet Capture), and other attack artifacts for incident investigations\nExpertise in at least one enterprise SIEM platform (e.g., QRadar, Splunk, McAfee Enterprise Security Manager, or LogRhythm).\nEngineering degree with at least 4 years of experience in networking or cybersecurity and willingness to travel as required.\nMore about us:\nABB Energy Industries is enabling safe, smart and sustainable projects and operations for businesses across the oil, gas, chemicals, life sciences, power generation and water sectors.
