Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nPlanning & Fulfillment Specialist__\nYour role and responsibilities (Mandatory)\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to generate an unconstrained demand plan. Each day, you will conduct finished goods rationalization in coordination with relevant functions. You will also showcase your expertise by measuring, reporting on, and driving improvement in demand planning accuracy. \nThe work model for the role is: #LI-OnSite\nThis role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nCreating and maintaining the rolling 18-24 months of unconstrained demand forecasts for assigned products.\nAssembling and analyzing data pertinent to creating an unconstrained demand plan.\nSupporting Sales by providing guidance on global demand for specific products and assisting with the consolidation of the worldwide demand plan.\nMonitoring finished goods Stock Keeping Units (SKU) levels, recommending SKU rationalization initiatives, and feeding them into the Inventory Check book.\n Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)\nBachelors Degree in industrial, administrator or similar engineering.\n4+ years of Experience as a demand planner and/or master scheduler planner.\nExperience in forecasting, demand and translating changes in the production team.\nExperience with ERP SAP systems.
