Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nProduction Manager__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to operate process equipment or machinery to convert raw materials or semi-finished parts into components or finished parts for a final product at the right time and with the required quality. Each day, you will execute the assigned tasks according to agreed workflows and in accordance with ABB standard processes and safety guidelines and reports any non-compliance. You will also showcase your expertise by operating machines in accordance with the operating manual, work schedule, and/or production order instructions.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nPerforming routine machinery set-up, adjustments, and repairing and fitting simple replacement parts.\nEnsuring regular standard maintenance of the equipment, tools set-up, programming activities, and troubleshooting and reporting issues, if any; and maintaining detailed records of machinery set-ups, repairs, and maintenance activities.\nKeeping track of approved, defective units, and final products.\nQualifications for the role\nHigh School diploma\n0-2 years manufacturing experience\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
