Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nDigital Transformation Lead__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to drive and govern the execution of EL Service’s digital transformation program. You will collaborate across teams to bring visibility and governance to strategic digital initiatives, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery across global and regional teams. You will have an opportunity to apply and grow your expertise by promoting effective decision-making, driving organizational change, and supporting the adoption of digital solutions and ways of working across the business.\nThe work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-Hybrid\nThis role is contributing to the Electrification Service Business Area, Digital Transformation function, globally.\nMain stakeholders are digital product teams, engineering teams, regional and global business leaders, service organizations, and senior leadership teams.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nOverseeing the planning, execution, governance, and delivery of strategic digital programs across the EL Service organization. \nTracking program OKRs, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and portfolio performance, while providing clear reporting and insights to senior leadership. \nEstablishing and managing governance frameworks, decision-making processes, and escalation paths to ensure effective cross-functional execution. \nDriving change management initiatives and continuous improvements to support adoption of digital solutions and enhance program delivery effectiveness. \nOur team dynamics\nYou will join a high-performing, collaborative, and globally connected team, where you will be able to thrive while helping shape the future of digital transformation within ABB Electrification Service.\nQualifications for the role\nYou have 10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or PMO leadership, with a strong focus on digital transformation, software delivery, or digital product development. \nYou are skilled in project and portfolio management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Aha, Rally, or Planview, and possess advanced knowledge of governance, reporting, and portfolio management practices. \nYou have proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and programs, cross-functional teams, budgets, risks, and dependencies within a complex global organization. \nYou are passionate about collaboration, organizational change, continuous improvement, and driving alignment across teams. \nDegree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline, with demonstrated experience in digital transformation and program delivery. \nYou are at ease communicating in English, with the ability to present program status, risks, and recommendations clearly and confidently to senior leaders and global stakeholders. \nPMP certification is strongly preferred; PgMP certification, experience in industrial, manufacturing, energy, or field service environments, and familiarity with Agile frameworks, OKRs, and Stage-Gate methodologies are considered strong advantages. \nMore about us\nABB's Service Division partners with our customers to improve the availability, reliability, predictability and sustainability of electrical products and installations.
