Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively.\nThe work model for the role is: Hybrid . 3 days per week\nLead the successful execution of digital projects, including APC, APM, Genix, Industrial AI, Analytics, and EMS solutions, delivering measurable customer outcomes while achieving revenue, margin, and operational targets.\nKey Responsabilities :\nDrive end-to-end execution of digital transformation projects from planning through deployment and value realization.\nOwn project P&L, including revenue, cost management, margin performance, invoicing, and cash flow.\nDeliver projects safely, on time, on budget, and in compliance with cybersecurity, quality, and ABB governance standards.\nLead cross-functional global teams and optimize resource utilization to improve delivery efficiency and profitability.\nManage customer relationships, stakeholder engagement, contract execution, risk mitigation, and change management.\nEnsure realization of customer business benefits such as increased throughput, reduced energy consumption, improved reliability, and lower maintenance costs.\nPromote standardized digital delivery methodologies, automation, and continuous improvement to enhance scalability and margins.\nSupport growth of recurring digital revenue through software, services, and lifecycle support offerings.\n\nQualitifications :\nBachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.\nMinimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience , preferably in project management, software, industrial automation, or building automation environments.\nPMP certification or formal project management training is considered an asset.\nAbility to travel up to 10% of the time to meet with customers and support project execution.\nPrevious experience in software development, building automation, or a related technology-driven environment is highly desirable.\nEmployment Equity & Inclusion Statement (Canada)\nABB values the dedication, commitment, and expertise of all our employees.
