Program Overview The ABB Discovery Program is designed for motivated candidates looking to gain practical experience across multiple facets of our business. Participants will rotate through our Testing, Field Service, and Engineering departments, developing technical skills, business acumen, and industry knowledge in a busy environment over a total duration of 24 months. This program is ideal for graduates from IGEE or similar backgrounds, interested in exploring diverse roles, contributing to impactful projects, and building a solid foundation for a long-term career with ABB.
