Each day, you will ensure effective version control and status tracking. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting colleagues with advice and guidance on documentation control issues.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nCreate technical documentation (MOPs, FPs, etc) for use by FSTs related to Critical Power Products\nAssist with documentation across different service functions\nSupport harmonization of documentation format globally\nIssue communication on any product change affecting install base\nManage ISO folder and document ID issuing \nManages documentation to ensure proper version control in the document management system.\nSets up the documentation management system and document controls process in conjunction with the project team.\nJob Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology with 1+ years’ experience in a service or manufacturing environmentOR Associates Degree in electrical technology with 3+ years’ experience in service or manufacturing environmentOR High School Diploma/GED and equivalent work and/or military experience (5+ years) in service or manufacturing environment\nAdvanced level ability to interact and communicate (written and verbal) information to varying levels within the organization.\nAdvanced level of ability to use Microsoft Office products.\nModerate ability to Project Manage using MS Project or Excel.\nAdvanced ability to write test plans and reports detailing test results.\nABB Smart Power provides energy distribution solutions for data centers, industrial and manufacturing plants, critical infrastructure and commercial buildings.
