Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nGlobal Head IS Enterprise Architecture__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to define, govern, and evolve the architecture of the Human Resources (HR) domain across the enterprise. You will ensure the HR technology landscape is coherent, secure, and scalable, enabling consistent employee experience while supporting decentralized business needs. This role operates within the Enterprise Architecture function, translating enterprise guardrails into practical domain-level guidance for HR platforms and solutions. This role reports to the Senior Domain Architect for Functional Domains.\nThe work model for the role is: Li#_hybrid\nYou will be mainly accountable for\nHR Domain Architecture & Target State, including HR capability mapping\nHR Architecture Principles and Guardrails\nHR Integration & Data Architecture and Data Distribution Patterns\nSolution Architecture Reviews and Assessments\nHR Domain Roadmap aligned to enterprise strategy and HR Technology Roadmap\nUp to date architecture documentation in EA tools (e.g. Ardoq)\nServing as the end-to-end architect for the Workday landscape, ensuring the total solution is coherent, fit-for-purpose, and aligned with strategy\nContinuously reviewing the collective Workday footprint to identify overlap, gaps, and opportunities for consolidation or better utilization of native Workday capabilities before custom solutions are introduced\nUnderstanding the modules and capabilities of the Workday solution and staying up to date with releases and new features to advise how they could complement our landscape \nQualifications for the role:\n7+ years in architecture or senior HR technology roles\nStrong experience in HR systems and platforms (e.g. Workday)\nExperience with HR integrations (identity, payroll, finance)\nUnderstanding of Privacy and regulatory considerations for HR data\nExperience in and understanding HR processes and operating models\nProven experience in large, decentralized or federated enterprises\nExperience in functional capability modeling, SaaS and packaged application landscapes and cross-domain dependency management\nStrong executive communication and storytelling skills\nThis opportunity is open to candidates in multiple countries, with the final work location determined based on the selected candidate.
