Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nGlobal eCommerce Lead - ABB Motion__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to partner with the divisions and Sales Units in ABB and the Motion E-commerce team to co-create the local e-commerce strategy. Each day, you will design and operate the tools and teams needed to maximize sales through digital channels and platforms. You will also showcase your expertise by planning and supporting the implementation of the commercial strategy including marketing and sales actions.\nLocation\nThis role is open globally. While the primary location is India Bangalore Peenya Location.\nThe work model for this role can be remote and/or hybrid. #LI-Hybrid\nKey Responsibilities\n· Partner with ABB divisions, Sales Units, and the Global Motion eCommerce team to define and execute local and global eCommerce strategies.\n· Own commercial execution across assigned eCommerce platforms, including sales enablement, marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns.\n· Analyze product portfolio, customer behavior, and performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve platform effectiveness.\n· Drive continuous improvement of customer and user experience across ABB eCommerce products and platforms.\n· Support sales performance growth through KPI-driven, technology-enabled eCommerce solutions.\n· Translate business and commercial requirements into functional and technical specifications for project and development teams.\n· Develop business cases and fact-based recommendations to support new eCommerce initiatives and senior management decision-making.\n· Enable change management and adoption of new tools, processes, and digital ways of working across regions and stakeholders.\n· Share best practices and lessons learned to strengthen eCommerce and digital marketing competence across ABB Motion.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Management, or a related field with strong digital focus.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce or digital solution implementations, rollouts, or consulting environments.\nProven experience in project management, business/system analysis, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and handover.\nHands-on experience with enterprise eCommerce platforms; Adobe Commerce experience highly preferred.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills, including customer-facing presentations.\nSolid understanding of application development lifecycles and post-implementation support models.\nExperience working in Agile environments; SAFe certification is an advantage.\nFluent in English both written and spoken.\nWillingness and ability to travel up to 25-30% as required to support business and stakeholder engagement.\nComfortable working in virtual, cross-cultural, matrix organizations across time zones.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nWe empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
