Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nTechnical Training Manager__\nThe work model for the role is: Onsite, Mebane, NC\n Your role and responsibilities:\nParticipates in the sequence definition, cycle time calculation, and analysis of the working phases of new production processes/products.\n\nShares cycle time data with internal teams.\n\nPrepares technical documentation regarding the process phases, related methods, and cycle times.\n\nSupports production during start-ups by training indirect and direct staff.\n\nEnsures that updated process and technical documentation are provided to Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams to support supplier evaluations and proper supplier agreements.\n\nParticipates in the definition of action plans, training of relevant Maintenance and Production teams, and other support activities during the internal/external process and equipment start-up.\n\nQualifications for the role:\n2+ years working in a manufacturing environment\n\nData Analysis & Reporting\n\nProject Management\n\nEngineering & Manufacturing Processes\n\nPlanned Maintenance & Backlog\n\nSupplier Relationship Management\n\nSupply Chain Management\n\nSpecialist Technical & Engineering Skills\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\n\nLegal authorization to work in the US is required\n\nKnowledge and use of tools - tape measure, calipers, grinders, or other hand tools, as needed.\n\nAbility to safely use a ladder while performing the job, as needed\n\nAbility to lift, push and pull up to 40lbs\n\nWhy ABB?\nABB's Distribution Solutions Division facilitates the efficient and reliable distribution, protection and control of power by improving electric power quality while strengthening the resilience of the grid.
