Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nSupervisor Operations 2__\nSupervises a team of service engineers and service technicians and contributes to execution of the service strategy and service growth by focusing on delivering timely, high-quality, cost-effective service offerings, solutions, and projects (e.g., field service, repair) to customers.\nResponsibilities:\nExecutes comprehensive testing and validation protocols on workshop products, systems, and components with a focus on quality and accuracy.\nActs with sense of urgency and care, balancing technical excellence with business delivery timelines.\nMonitors and optimizes test schedules, resource allocation, and workload distribution to meet critical delivery targets while maintaining quality standards.\nCollaborates with workshop engineers to identify testing bottlenecks and drives process improvements that reduce cycle time and cost.\nInterprets technical specifications, test procedures, and quality documentation to ensure testing accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.\nEnsures all documentation is completed accurately, timely, and in full compliance with internal systems and external customer requirements.\nManages test equipment inventory, calibration, and maintenance to ensure optimal tool availability and operational cost control.\nIdentifies quality issues, root causes, and solutions proactively, communicating recommendations to drive continuous service productivity improvements.\nThe work model for the role is: Onsite in Westerville, OH.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience required; OR Associate’s degree with 10+ years of experience required; OR HS Diploma with 12+ years of experience required.\nPractical experience in manufacturing, repair, and customer service within an industrial environment.\nElectronic engineering background, and able to troubleshoot to the component level is a must.\nExperience with Paper, Chemical, Power, or Aerospace industries.\nMust have great attention to detail, with strong problem-solving skills and methods.\nNeed a great collaborator that is self-directed but able to work within a team environment.\nBusiness-oriented and highly organized.\nMust be able to work from Westerville, OH (Columbus area) without need for company relocation.\nUp to 10% travel, including international\nMust be a US Citizen.\nWhat's in it for you\nWe want you to bring your full self to work-your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
