The Division’s ABB Ability™ Energy Manager provides a scalable, easy-to-use platform that helps organizations save energy and reduce CO2 emissions.\nThe work model for the role is: #USA, Remote \nYour role and responsibilities:\nWork on-site with customers to identify opportunities for operational improvement and eliminate pain points.\nPerform field service tasks, including identifying technical issues and conducting on-site troubleshooting within certified areas.\nExecute installation and commissioning, maintenance, repairs, extensions, upgrades, retrofits, end-of-life services, and replacements.\nSupport the certification process of Associate Field Service Technicians and Field Service Technicians. Coach technicians and supervise complex site activities. Act as trainers when needed, for team members and customers.\nPrepare material lists for service activities and ensure all materials, parts, and equipment meet quality standards and are available. Proactively identify potential equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.\nContribute to customer satisfaction by building and maintaining positive relationships. Report unsafe practices and incidents.\nQualifications for the role:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology with 4+ years’ experience servicing critical power equipment OR Associates Degree in electrical technology with 6+ years’ experience in servicing critical power equipment OR High School Diploma/GED and equivalent work and/or military experience (8+ years) servicing critical power equipment.\nAdvanced level ability to interact and communicate (written and verbal) information to varying levels within the organization. Collaborates well with others.\nAdvanced level of ability to use Microsoft Office products.
