All of our Young Talent Programs follow the 70:20:10 Learning and Development Model, which consists of practical experience (70%), asking questions (20%), and classroom learning (10%). As a trainee you will be a part of community, and you will participate in activities with other trainees like taking parts in training to enhance soft & technical skills, meeting project deadlines, and engaging in diverse social and team-building activities to expand your network within ABB.
