Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nSenior Engineering Manager__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn charge of the engineering standardization team, responsible for technical management, BOM optimization, project delivery and team performance improvement.\nThe work model for the role is: onsite\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nLead the team to cooperate with TC, manage overall technical documents and review the drawings / specifications.\nTake charge of new product BOM creation & review; continuously optimize BOM and expand product functions per market and engineering requirements.\nManage standardization of electrical & mechanical design, unify design specifications and improve design consistency.\nLead compilation, revision, implementation and iteration of standardization and process documents.\nOrganize technical problem analysis, rectification and closed-loop management; coordinate production issues and provide technical support.\nCooperate with cross- team to ensure on-time and high-quality project delivery.\nManage electrical and mechanical engineer team, establish training mechanism, and comprehensively improve team design quality and efficiency.\nQualifications for the role\nBachelor’s degree or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines\nGood command of power system knowledge and MV switchgear technology on manufacture process, standards and application. Be familiar with SAP, MS word and Excel, AutoCAD, Solidworks or Eplan etc.\nAbility to communicate in English, both written and oral.\n10 years of product management or engineering experience for switchgear.\nGood communication skill.\nHighly responsible, self-motivated and Willing to take on additional tasks.\nA very strong learning ability and pragmatic spirit.\nHas a positive progressive attitude under pressure to work.\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
