Here, your work creates impact you can see and feel, every day.\nYour Role and Responsibilities\nIn this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.\nWork model: Remote\nProvide remote technical support to customers during stand by time.\nWorking with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer’s operations and eliminate pain points.\nPerforming field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products.\nAssist to preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.\nassist in preparing work packs including risk assessments and method statements.\nTroubleshooting equipment/process failures, requesting proactive corrective actions, and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future.\nQualifications for the Role\nYou are highly skilled in electrical / mechanical engineering solutions, preferably in the marine and ports industry, but not essential.\nAbility to demonstrate an ability to be flexible with schedules and be self-sufficient in the field.
