Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nOperations Manager__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Each day, you will plan and execute work on a first-time right approach with customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying a clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility.\nThe work model for the role is: Onsite\nThis role is contributing to the Automation business in Egypt.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nCustomer satisfaction and service execution, planning and executing service work as per customer orders and expectations, while delivering superior customer experience and maintaining retention.\nTechnical problem solving, performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and troubleshooting equipment failures both remotely and on-site, making recommendations to prevent future issues.\nPreparing and resource management, leading electrical engineers and preparing material lists, ensuring all necessary materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.\nDocumentation and continuous improvement, preparing customer reports and project documentation, identifying improvement needs in working processes, and taking actions to develop new business service opportunities.\nOur team dynamics \nYou will join a dynamic, talented, high performing} team, where you will be able to thrive.\nQualifications for the role\nYou are immersed in and developing relevant tools and methodologies in the Process Industries market.\nPossess an enhanced knowledge about automation technologies to streamline processes.\nUnderstood & performed all testing, commissioning with 5 - 8 years of experience.\nDegree in Electrical Engineering\nProven experience of General drive experience ACS800, ACS880 DC\nYou are at ease communicating in Arabic and English\nWhat’s in it for you?\nWe want you to bring your full self to work on your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
