You will deliver exceptional customer service while troubleshooting complex equipment, identifying operational improvement opportunities, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction, operational reliability, and ABB's reputation for service excellence.\nWork Model: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid, Onsite #LI-Onsite\nThis role is contributing to Automation Energy Industries Excitation Business.\nLocations: Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, or Thailand.\nYou will be mainly responsible for:\nContributing to customer satisfaction by planning and executing service work as per customer order and expectation(s).\n\nEnsuring customer retention by delivering superior customer experience and effectively communicating service work timeline and expectations.
