Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nService Team Leader__\nJob Description:\nPerform thermographic inspections of energized electrical switchgear, distribution systems, and other electrical assets at customer sites.\nConduct ultrasonic measurements and visual condition assessments to identify overheating, loose connections, insulation defects, partial discharge, and other potential failure modes.\nWork safely around energized electrical equipment and maintain strict adherence to electrical safety requirements, site procedures, and company policies.\nOpen electrical panels, switchgear, and enclosures only when authorized and when safe working conditions have been verified, in accordance with applicable safety procedures and customer requirements.\nCollect, analyze, and document thermal images, inspection data, observations, and measurement results; prepare clear and professional reports with findings and recommendations.\nIndependently organize and coordinate business travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, local transportation, and site access requirements, utilizing company-provided travel tools and administrative support.\nCollaborate with customers, project managers, and technical teams to ensure the successful execution of inspection activities, while commercial discussions, project scope definition, and scheduling remain managed by the company.\nTravel extensively to customer facilities across Poland, the European Union, and occasionally other international locations (approximately 75% travel).\nRequirements:\nGood command of English is required; additional European languages are considered an advantage.\nTechnical aptitude and a basic understanding of electrical systems and equipment.\nPractical knowledge of LV electrical equipment is an advantage.\nExperience in thermography, condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, or other diagnostic techniques is a strong asset, but not required.\nValid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively as part of the role.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nStrong safety mindset and commitment to electrical safety, including the ability to identify risks and stop work when conditions are deemed unsafe.\nAbility to work independently, manage time effectively, organize business travel arrangements, and perform work in industrial environments, including occasional work at height, in confined spaces, and on short notice.\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
