Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nService Team Leader__\nYour Role and Responsibilities\nIn this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.\nUnder the supervision of the Service Workshop Manager, and daily work direction of the Team Lead, the Service Repair Technician repairs a variety of breakers and subassemblies, ensuring the best possible, most cost-effective problem resolution, and assists in identifying and resolving quality and reliability problems, in accordance with company policies and procedures.\nThis role is contributing to the Electrification Service Area in Villanueva de Gállego, Zaragoza. Main stakeholders are Data center’s clients and Service team.\n- Work model: #LI-Onsite\nPerforming workshop tasks such as troubleshooting, repairs, assembly, and testing.\n\nContributing to customer satisfaction by executing workshop orders according to workshop processes and guidelines.\n\nProactively executing work on a first-time right approach and acting with sense of urgency and care in the direct area of responsibility.\n\nChecking bill of materials and other documents to identify required parts needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available.\n\nEnsuring the completion, processing, and maintenance of all required documentation.\n\nIdentifying improvement needs and potential solutions for them in the way of working, communicating them proactively and driving small improvement actions.\n\nApplying safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities; reporting unsafe practices and incidents.\n\nOur teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning. Being part of our team means your work matters - because the progress we make here creates real impact out there.\nQualifications for the Role\nIntermediate or Higher vocational training (FP) in Electricity, Electronics, Electromechanics, etc.\n\n+2 years of experience in similar role, working as electrical technician. Good electrical and mechanical capabilities will be valuable.\n\nDedication, commitment and ability to work in a team. Good social skills, ability to work autonomously and be resilient.
