Run what runs the world.\nJob Summary:\nProvides financial expertise to their assigned organization by compiling and analyzing various relevant metrics, identifying trends and problems, communicating information to relevant groups, and recommending actions to improve financial performance of a specific business.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerforms analyses of business performance versus budget and forecast, and accordingly proposes improvement actions.\nWorks with other finance professionals to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance of the organization and identify trends.\nMaintains proper audit trail and documentation for future tax/ internal/external audits and reviews.\nReduce the amount of GR&I and blocked invoices and identify common issues\nWork with suppliers to and internal customers to ensure timely payments, with OCM being the specific priority.\nReconcile payroll to the general ledger and verify that payroll is fully posted to the ledger.\nEstimate payroll using functional areas and verify that benefit accruals are being correctly recorded in payroll.\nOther requested activities that include but are not limited to Reporting, Payroll analysis, AI automation\nQualifications:\nBA in business administration (Finance, Accounting preferred)\nExperience in Financial Analysis\nBudgeting and forecasting frameworks \nSAP or other ERP systems experience\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nComply with established standards, practices, and regulations from Quality (including ISO 9001); HSE (including ISO 14001); and Human Resources, including the Employee Handbook, Attendance Policy, Code of Conduct, among others.\nWhat's in it for you\nWe want you to bring your full self to work-your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
