You'll present your findings directly to management, giving you meaningful visibility and a platform to drive change.\nYou'll also play a key role in ensuring ABB's financial integrity - owning reconciliations, compliance frameworks, and audit-readiness - while partnering with project teams to identify risks and opportunities that directly impact revenue and cash flow.\nIf you're someone who thrives on turning data into decisions, loves building efficient processes, and wants to grow in an environment where your analytical skills genuinely move the needle - this is the role for you.\nThe work model for this role is hybrid in New Berlin, WI or Houston, TX.\nYour role and responsibilities\nPerforms analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast and accordingly proposes improvement actions.\nWorks to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance of the organization and identify trends through financial modeling and variance analysis.\nSupports the preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.\nValidates the accuracy of financial data and business information and reports through reconciliations and review of exceptions.\nProvides information to management by gathering and summarizing data, preparing reports, and making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.\nOptimizes performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, and coordinating information requirements.\nEnsures processes and controls within area of responsibility, are designed and implemented in line with internal policies and regulations.\nMaintains proper audit trail and documentation for future tax/ internal/external audits and reviews.\nParticipate in risk reviews, manage authorization tables per company guidelines, and ensure strong compliance frameworks across all financial operations.\nAssisting the project team in driving revenues and project cash flow, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring adherence to ABB’s corporate governance, assurance, internal controls, and business specific finance directives and instructions.\nOur Team Dynamics\nOur teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning.
