Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis Position reports to:\nFinancial Planning & Analysis ManagerRoles and Responsibilities:\nAct as the key finance partner for assigned IS Business Areas and Divisions, supporting strategic and operational decisionmaking. \nProvide financial insights and analytics to Local Country IS Managers, BA CIOs, IS Controllers, and divisional stakeholders through reviews and regular business meetings. \nLead the financial planning cycles including APP and 5Q Rolling Forecast, ensuring alignment across IS teams, EICOS, and operations. \nAnalyze financial performance and variances using Power BI and advanced Excel models, delivering datadriven recommendations. \nPrepare accurate financial reports, budgeting packs, and planning documents, ensuring clarity and consistency across stakeholders. \nDevelop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting solutions in Power BI, leveraging DAX and strong data modeling skills. \nDrive process excellence and continuous improvement, including standardization, automation, and enhancement of reporting templates and tools. \nEnsure governance, compliance, and data quality, maintaining SOPs and monitoring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and financial controls. \nQualifications for the role\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance and Controlling, Budgeting, Forecasting, Month End closing. Experience of working in service delivery model environment. \nCA/CMA/CS/master’s degree in finance and accounting or business administration \n Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and IS/IT controlling roles. \nStrong proficiency in Power BI (dashboards, DAX, data modeling) & strong MS office skills \nExperience working with global stakeholders in a matrixed organization. \nHigh attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and ability to translate data into insights. \nContinuous improvement mindset with focus on process optimization and standardization. \nStrong communication and collaboration skills. \nMore about us\nABB Finance is a trusted partner to the business and a world-class team who delivers forward-looking insights that drive sustainable long-term results and operates with the highest standards.
