This position reports to: Chapter Lead__ Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory) In this role, you will be responsible for firmware design and development for industrial low-voltage products. Each day, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust embedded solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by driving technology innovation and continuous quality improvement. This role is contributing to the ELSP (Electrification Low Voltage Products) business globally. You will be mainly accountable for: Join the project evaluation, initiate appropriate design solution. Write the product technical requirement and develop function modules and verification/validation plan Design products according to the specification. Complete analysis and test the related software. Join the complete product testing and design quality review Maintain product and life cycle management. Lead the firmware compliance assessment Optimize product cost and quality
