Main stakeholders are division president, business lines leaders, manufacturing plant leaders, sales leaders.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nLead continuous improvement projects cross-functions and cross-countries\nInteract with relevant stakeholders, as necessary, to collect business requirements, to update project status or to remove roadblocks that prevent the effective implementation and adoption of continuous improvement initiatives\nEnsuring the continuous improvement approach and strategy deployed at local ABB unit level is aligned with the global strategy\nFacilitating significant improvements with respect to safety, quality, delivery, sustainability, and/or cost targets, meeting customer and stakeholder commitments in collaboration with local leadership\nProviding training support by developing and maintaining training modules and toolkits aligned with business needs in collaboration with management at local level\nYou will join a multicultural, multidiscipline and skilled team, where you will be able to growth from strategic mindset and operational point of view.\nQualifications for the role\nA bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations, or a related field.\nExperience in process improvement, manufacturing, or operational excellence.\nKnowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and root-cause analysis; a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is nice to have.\nSolid analytical, project-management, communication, and facilitation skills.\nThe ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead change.\nMore about us\nABB's Distribution Solutions Division facilitates the efficient and reliable distribution, protection and\ncontrol of power by improving electric power quality while making the grid more resilient.
