Main stakeholders include Procurement teams, Business Process Owners, Data & Analytics teams, IT and Finance partners, and external solution providers.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nManaging and coordinating AI and digitalization initiatives across direct material procurement processes (supporting also vendor master-data, data& analytics, invoice-to-pay, risk-management, etc.)\nPartnering with global stakeholders to identify opportunities, collect business needs, and support the implementation of innovative solutions. \nManaging complex cross-functional projects and ensuring alignment across global teams, functions, and workstreams\nSupporting process improvement, change management, communication, and adoption activities to maximize business impact. \nManaging and monitoring a portfolio of digital initiatives while promoting an end-to-end process mindset. \nCoordinating knowledge-sharing and community engagement activities, including communications, training, and awareness initiatives. \nOur team dynamics\nYou will join a collaborative, global, and forward-thinking team that is focused on transforming procurement through innovation, digitalization, and continuous improvement.
