As a Global Sales Support Engineer, you will be working in IEC LV Motors Vaasa as a member of the Global Customer Support (GCS) team giving technical and commercial support to sales units in the field of IEC low voltage motors. You will be responsible for responding to inquiries related to quotations and required solutions and documentation.\nThe work model for the role is: hybrid, #LI-hybrid\nYou will mainly be accountable for:\nProviding technical and commercial support to both global and local sales teams and customers, including advicing on technical options and cost-effective solutions\nResponding to inquiries related to quotations and required documentation\nCollaborating with the factory organization and other relevant stakeholders\nPerforming diagnostics and analysis to make improvement recommendations based on customer needs\nQualifications for the Role\nA B.Sc. or M.Sc. level degree in electrical engineering\nA collaborative and solution-focused approach to work\nFluency in English and Finnish, both written and spoken\nGood communication skills overall, you should feel at home in a global environment\nFamiliarity or previous experience with LV Motors technology\nPrevious experience with relevant tools such as SAP and Salesforce\nOther language skills, especially German are considered an advantage\nBenefits\nOur culture and benefits reflect our values: courage, care, curiosity and collaboration.
