This role is responsible for transforming complex HR and workforce data into actionable insights that support strategic HR initiatives, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with business acumen and excellent communication skills to partner with global HR and business stakeholders.\nThe work model for the role is # LI - Hybrid.\nThis role is contributing to the to the Quality Division for INOPC based in Bangalore, India You will be mainly accountable for:\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nPartner with HR and business stakeholders to gather, understand, and translate workforce and business requirements into actionable analytics solutions.\nPerform advanced workforce data analysis to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and key insights that support business decision-making.\nApply data mining and statistical techniques to uncover hidden patterns, validate hypotheses, and measure the impact of HR initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain predictive analytics models to forecast workforce metrics including attrition, retention, hiring demand, absenteeism, diversity, succession, and workforce planning.\nLeverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies to automate insight generation, identify key drivers, and provide proactive recommendations.\nDeliver executive-level dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses to support strategic planning and workforce management decisions.\nCollaborate with global HR and business leaders to translate analytical findings into compelling business narratives through effective data storytelling, presentations, and actionable recommendations.\nYou will join a talented team, where you will be able to thrive.\nQualifications for the role:\n3-6 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or a similar data-focused role.\nProficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, or similar.\nExperience with HR information systems (HRIS) such as Workday, or similar HR systems\nStrong knowledge of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.\nHands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.\nDemonstrated ability to work with large and complex datasets.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nMore about us\nABB a provides a comprehensive range of integrated automation, electrical and digital systems and services for customers in the process, hybrid and maritime industries.
