Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nHR Business Partner__\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement people strategy through the execution of HR processes. Each day, you will provide HR support for a defined team or location, by partnering with respective managers. You will also showcase your expertise by representing HR in the business and establishing strong relationships with all business leaders and employees.\nThis role will need to be able to work an in-person schedule out of our Ormond Beach, FL manufacturing facility. #LI-Onsite\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\n Research and assist in issue resolution for complex escalations/issues involving multiple processes/systems including analysis of time and quotas to identify root cause and solution of time & pay discrepancies\nMaintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records\nHR generalist responsibilities, including developing and interpreting policy, benefits administration, employee relations, and recruiting. \nLead, coach and develop HR resources supporting the Ormond Beach site. Model and practice positive employee relations including but not limited to walking the site floor regularly, conducting roundtables, identifying and executing opportunities to improve employee retention and morale \nManage review and completion of weekly and bi-weekly time submittals for payroll\nAct as the Time Administer for all Kronos/UKG and Workday processing and payroll and time support as assigned.\nQualifications for the role:\nBachelor’s degree and at least 3 years related HR generalist experience in a manufacturing environment. \nIntermediate to advanced skill set in Microsoft office applications. \nSolid knowledge of employment law\nWorking knowledge of Time Management systems to include Kronos/UKG and Workday Time modules.\nDemonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization \nDemonstrated ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and ability to gather and analyze information objectively and skillfully \nStrong planning and organizational skills \nStrong judgment, decision making and influencing skills.\nCandidates must already possess authorization to work for ABB in the US. \nCompany Information:\nCome and join ABB Installation Products, the number one manufacturer of electrification products in North America with a 125-year history of providing innovation and customer focused solutions for connecting and protecting electrical systems, as well as a unique differentiated medium voltage offering.
