Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nHR Operations Team Lead__\nYour Role and Responsibilities\nYou will have the opportunity to perform day-to-day processing of HR requests related to multiple service lines, with a major focus on Employee Life Cycle. You will provide appropriate support for internal customers and deliver accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in HR Operations, who brings not only solid process knowledge but also a genuine curiosity for new ways of working, including the use of AI and digital tools to simplify and improve HR processes.\nWork Model: #LI-Hybrid\nIn this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:\nExecuting and delivering assigned HR Services in compliance with all standard operating procedures, policies and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). \nSupporting employee queries and the HR community through ticketing tools, ensuring timely and quality responses. \nIdentifying and recommending process improvements and simplifications, leveraging customer feedback, operational experience and AI-based tools. \nUsing AI tools and digital solutions to automate repetitive tasks, improve data accuracy and enhance overall process efficiency. \nPerforming data entry into HR systems, maintaining high levels of data quality and accuracy. \nProviding on-demand reports and data-driven insights related to HR processes. \nActively contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and change, challenging existing ways of working when better alternatives exist. \nSupporting the team on ad hoc activities and cross-functional HR projects.\nQualifications for the Role\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. \nYou have at least 2 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar role. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office; Workday and SAP knowledge is a plus. \nExcellent communication skills, customer service orientation and strong attention to detail. \nProactive mindset with a \"can do\" attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities. \nGenuine curiosity towards AI, digital tools and emerging technologies applied to HR processes. \nDemonstrated interest or experience in process improvement, simplification and change management. \nOpenness to change: comfortable working in an evolving environment and eager to test new approaches.\nYou are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken\nCompensation Package\nAs part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position:\nApplicable CBA: Metalmeccanico\nMinimum annual salary: €33.000,00\nVariable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus\nThe offer will be tailored based on your role location, experience, skills and qualifications, internal market positioning and alignment with ABB internal standards.\nBenefits as per policy\nFlexible working hours, hybrid work options, and a strong focus on work-life integration and Wellbeing support for employees and their families\nWelfare plan with a wide range of personalized services\nCanteen or meal vouchers provided\nMore about us\nOur mission in Human Resources (HR) is to help ABB stand out when it comes to our people - from leadership, performance and talent management to rewards and career opportunities.
