You will provide a high level of support for internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders. \nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nProcessing HR requests related to multiple service lines (Employee Life Cycle, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, People Analytics) for an assigned group of employees.\n\nIdentifying opportunities for improvement and simplification of existing processes and procedures, based on feedback and experience with customers.\n\nCommunicating information regarding policies and standards on assigned processes to internal customers in a clear and concise manner to ensure understanding and adoption.\n\nPreparing accurate reports and documents for external authorities (social security, income tax, etc.).\n\nOur team dynamics\nYou will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.\nQualifications for the role\nA university degree and experience in relevant field\n\nSound knowledge of HR practices and methodologies\n\nKnowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)\n\nSound knowledge of English (both verbal and written)\n\nAbility to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams\n\nA collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, and strong communication skills\n\nA proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can-do” attitude\n\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
