Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.\nThe work model for the role is: Onsite.\nThis role is contributing to the Electrification Division in Apodaca, Nuevo León. \nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nSupport health, safety, and environmental improvement projects within the plant.\nHelp monitor safety performance, identify potential risks, and follow up on improvement actions.\nParticipate in the implementation of safety and environmental initiatives for new production lines and projects.\nSupport the preparation of training materials and communication activities related to workplace safety and environmental awareness.\nAssist in maintaining HSE management systems and supporting compliance with ISO standards.\nOrganize and participate in internal campaigns to promote a strong safety culture.\nSupport daily HSE activities and administrative tasks within the department.\nOur team dynamics (Optional)\nYou will join a high performingteam, where you will be able to thrive.\n Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Sustainability Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.\nExpected graduation date: November 2027 or later (at least one year remaining before graduation).\nIntermediate to advanced English proficiency.\nBasic knowledge of management systems and ISO standards is a plus.\nProactive, organized, responsible, and willing to learn.\nAbility to work independently and collaborate with different teams.\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
