Make it your story.\nYour Role: Meet the Challenge\nWe are looking for an experienced Integrated Management Systems Engineer to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Integrated Management System (IMS).\nThis role is responsible for ensuring compliance with Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety and Energy Management requirements while supporting operational excellence throughout the organization.\nThe selected candidate will work cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Logistics, Maintenance, Human Resources, EHS, IT, and other departments to support compliance, certification readiness, risk reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nIn this position, you will help enhance Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) outcomes in your area of responsibility while supporting a culture centered on HSE. Each day, you will support the business by applying in-depth HSE knowledge and offering solutions and advice. You will also showcase your ability by ensuring effective risk management through HSE excellence along the ABB value chain.\nThis is a leadership position responsible for ensuring legal compliance, protecting our employees, and promoting safe manufacturing practices across the plant. The role partners closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Production, and EHS to guarantee that safety is built into every stage of our operations.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nOversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS).\nEnsure compliance with ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001, ISO22301 and other requirements.\nCoordinate and support internal audits, external audits, certification audits, customer audits, and supplier assessments.\nManage corrective and preventive action processes, including root cause analysis and effectiveness verification.\nMaintain compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.\nSupport management reviews, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain management system procedures, work instructions, and documentation.\nConduct employee training and awareness programs related to management systems.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to promote operational excellence and risk management.\nSupport sustainability, environmental, occupational and safety initiatives.\nExperience\nMinimum 5 years of experience managing Integrated Management Systems in the industry.\nExperience in implementing and maintaining: ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001, ISO22301, ESR\nExperience coordinating certification and customer audits.
