Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nService Manager__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to actively shape our health, safety, and environmental standards through your presence at construction sites and locations within the Measurement & Analytics Division. Through targeted site inspections, clear communication, and constructive collaboration with management, you will help promote a safe working environment. You will apply your technical experience and strong sense of responsibility to identify risks at an early stage, document deviations, and consistently support measures to improve HSE performance. By working closely with managers and employees, you will directly contribute to the continuous development of our strong safety culture.\nYou will join a dynamic team where you will have the opportunity to grow and develop.\nYour main responsibilities\nPreparing and monitoring training sessions and risk assessments, as well as supporting, coordinating, and leading accident investigations, site inspections, and supplier audits to minimize risks.\nSharing lessons learned and best practices with managers and employees to promote safe and efficient working practices.\nSupporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of HSE programs, considering corporate, local, and business-specific requirements, standards, and legal regulations.\nCompiling and analysing HSE data, as well as preparing reports and key performance indicators to monitor HSE performance.\nManaging, developing, and maintaining the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring that the required processes are introduced, implemented, and maintained.\nImplementing and continuously adapting corporate policies to comply with applicable standards, laws, and other relevant requirements.\nSupporting the development and monitoring of corporate objectives and promoting awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.\nReporting to top management on IMS performance and necessary improvement measures, as well as supporting the preparation of the annual management review report.\nPromoting positive safety behavior and encouraging compliance with relevant legal requirements.\nDelivering training and information sessions on topics related to the IMS.\nQualifications for the role\nYou have completed vocational training or a degree with a technical focus, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
