Join us and help run what runs the world.\nYour role and responsibilities\nThe HR Intern will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) team in delivering exceptional HR support across our Canadian workforce. This role provides hands-on experience in a wide range of HR functions, including Workday transactions, employee engagement, HR reporting, philanthropy initiatives, and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programs.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a student or early-career professional interested in developing foundational HR skills within a dynamic and collaborative environment.\nThe work model for the role is: hybrid\nKey Responsibilities\n1. HR Operations & Workday Administration\nSupport Workday transactions and other actions in HR systems and platforms.\nSupport data accuracy by conducting audits and assisting with corrections.\nRespond to HRBP inquiries and escalate, when needed.\n2. Employee Engagement & Experience Programs\nAssist with the coordination and administration of employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, recognition programs, and social/employee appreciation events.\nSupport the management of employee discount programs and related communications.\n3. DEI & Philanthropy Support\nAssist with planning and communication of DEI initiatives, events, and learning sessions.\nSupport the execution of philanthropy initiatives.\nTrack participation, compile summaries, and prepare follow-up documentation.\n4. HR Reporting & Analytics\nHelp prepare HR reports and dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, engagement activity tracking) under the guidance of HRBPs.\nConduct basic data analysis to identify trends and insights.\nMaintain documentation and help improve reporting processes.\n5. General HR Support\nAssist with onboarding activities (documentation, sessions, preparation).\nProvide administrative support for employee lifecycle processes.\nParticipate in special projects across HR.\nQualifications:\nIn 3rd or 4th year of bachelor’s degree in human resources, management or related fields\nStrong collaborative spirit, proactive mindset, organized and ability to adapt to changing priorities\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.\nDigitally savvy, with strong proficiency in Office 365, Teams, and modern collaboration tools.\nFamiliar with Workday is an asset\nFrench is required.
