Main stakeholders are all business areas, divisions and corporate functions.\nThe Indirect Procurement Intern will support the procurement team in managing non-production goods and services. This role focuses on administrative and support functions, helping the team with Market scouting for potential vendor, vendor verification, vendor database maintenance, and general procurement operations including document management.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\n1. Market Scouting, Vendor Review & Verification\nScanning potential supplier in market in each industries.\nReview and verify vendor-submitted documents (certifications, insurance, compliance documents).\nEnsure document accuracy and completeness as per internal policy.\nFlag discrepancies or missing information for team follow-up.\n2. Supplier Agreement Document Management\nSupport in organizing, submitting, and filing supplier agreement documents.\nMaintain proper documentation in both physical and digital formats.\nEnsure timely storage and easy retrieval of contract documents.\n3. Supplier Database Maintenance\nPrepare and refine supplier database entries.\nVerify vendor information and contact details.\nEnsure data accuracy and consistency across systems.\nSupport database cleaning and consolidation activities.\nCategorize vendor to ensure you fully utilize a supplier’s capabilities.\n4. Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Purchase Order Support\nAssist with general procurement administrative tasks\nPrepare procurement-related reports and documentation\nSupport stakeholder communication and coordination\nHelp organize procurement files and maintain records\nYou will join a dynamic and result-driven team, where you will be able to thrive.\nQualifications for the role\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field.\nStrong understanding of business fundamentals.\nAbility to communicate effectively with international and local stakeholders.
