By joining us now, you’ll be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of robotics-working alongside world-class experts in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.\nThis Position reports to:\nO2C Global Transformation Process OwnerIn this role, you will shape the future Invoice-to-Cash process landscape for ABB Robotics as part of a major SAP S/4HANA transformation spanning 50+ countries. Working closely with business, finance, and technology stakeholders, you will design and standardize global I2C processes, enable scalable operations, and drive adoption of best practices across billing, accounts receivable, collections, cash application, and dispute management.\nThe location of the role is within Europe.\nWorking model is hybrid #LI-hybrid\nYour responsibilities:\nDesign future-state I2C processes: Develop harmonized process designs across billing, accounts receivable, collections, cash application, and dispute management, aligned with the global O2C strategy and template.\nLead requirements and fit-gap activities: Facilitate workshops, capture business requirements, and translate them into scalable SAP S/4HANA process designs and configuration requirements.\nDrive solution realization across deployment waves: Partner with business and technical teams to translate approved designs into configured solutions, ensuring consistency and quality across countries and business units.\nEnsure process quality and deployment readiness: Lead testing activities, support defect resolution, and coordinate go-live readiness to enable successful adoption and stable operations.\nEstablish process and data foundations: Define I2C process standards, controls, master data requirements, and performance measures, working closely with data owners to ensure alignment between business processes, data standards, and system capabilities.\nContribute to the end-to-end O2C blueprint: Provide a coherent I2C design and collaborate closely with the O2C Process Lead to ensure seamless integration with upstream and downstream processes.\nYour background:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field,\n5+ years of experience in Invoice-to-Cash, accounts receivable, billing, or related finance process roles, with deep sub-process expertise across billing, collections, cash application, and dispute management.\nHands-on experience designing or configuring Invoice-to-Cash processes in SAP S/4HANA, including strong process knowledge across FI-AR as well as practical experience leading workshops, fit-gap assessments, and user acceptance testing.\nGood understanding of I2C master data and enabling technologies, including Business Partner, billing and receivables data structures, e-invoicing requirements, and cash-application tooling.\nExperience designing processes for shared-services and/or outsourced delivery models, including an understanding of process handoffs, controls, and service-provider interfaces.\nStructured problem-solving and analytical thinking, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.\nWe value people from different backgrounds.
