Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nCountry ERP CoE Manager__\nYour Role and Responsibilities\nJoin ABB Motion’s ERP Center of Excellence in Finland as an SAP ERP Functional Analyst and help improve our ERP landscape across Finland and the Baltic countries. This role can be based in either Vaasa or Helsinki.\nIn this position, you'll work closely with business stakeholders to develop, improve, and support SAP solutions that enable our daily operations. Rather than focusing on support activities, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how SAP supports key business processes and play an important role in ABB Motion’s transformation journey from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.\nYou'll collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries in an international environment, helping solve business challenges through technology while driving continuous process improvement. If you're passionate about SAP, business development, and working at the heart of digital transformation, we'd love to hear from you.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nOwn Materials Management (MM) solutions across the system.\nPartner with business stakeholders to translate business needs into effective SAP solutions.\nConfigure, test and continuously improve SAP functionality and processes.\nLead functional design activities from requirements through implementation and release.\nCollaborate with developers and stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant ERP solutions.\nAct as a trusted advisor to Business Process Owners and IS stakeholders.\nContribute to ABB Motion's SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation.\nSupport business-critical SAP solutions used across multiple countries and business units.\nWork with experienced colleagues in an international ERP Center of Excellence.\nInfluence business processes by delivering solutions that create real value for users.\nContinuously develop your SAP expertise through challenging projects and learning opportunities.\nQualifications for the Role\nExperience working with and developing SAP ERP solutions, especially Supply Chain processes or Logistics processes.\nPractical knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM).\nExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional SAP solutions.\nUnderstanding of SAP configuration and ERP solution delivery.\nThe ability to build close relationships with both technical teams and business stakeholders.\nExperience working with change management and software lifecycle processes.\nFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum or ITIL is an advantage.\nSAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA certifications are welcome but not essential.\nProfessional proficiency in English is required.
