Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nInnovation Enablement Manager__\nAs a Solution Architect, you will be accountable for defining and overseeing the end-to-end architecture of a strategic transformation program that replaces a business-critical legacy Product Configurator solution with a modern cloud-native platform\nYou will establish the target architecture, migration strategy, integration landscape, and technology roadmap while ensuring the future solution is scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, developers, UX designers, external vendors, and enterprise architects.\nThis role requires deep knowledge in product configurator solutions, enterprise application modernization, Azure cloud services, and large-scale migration programs\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nOwning the target solution architecture and technical vision for the Product Configurator transformation program, ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives.\nAssessing the existing legacy solution, including its architecture, integrations, business rules, data structures, and technical dependencies, and defining a migration strategy covering transition phases, coexistence, risk mitigation, and decommissioning plans.\nManaging architecture decisions across Azure cloud services, .NET Core applications, APIs, integrations, security, data management, monitoring, and DevOps, while designing scalable and highly available cloud-native solutions.\nManaging the modernization of legacy business logic, configurator rules engines, product models, and user interaction patterns to support the future-state solution.\nDefining the future-state integration architecture with ERP, CPQ, PLM, CRM, pricing systems, engineering solutions, and other enterprise applications, ensuring security, compliance, performance, reliability, maintainability, and scalability requirements are addressed.\nSupporting delivery teams during implementation by providing architectural guidance and technical knowledge, identifying technical risks, architecture constraints, and migration challenges early, and defining mitigation actions.\nCollaborating with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into solution designs and implementation roadmaps, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.\nSupporting the adoption of modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, and cloud-native development patterns.\nQualifications for the role:\nYou have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.\nYou have at least 10 years of experience in software architecture and enterprise application delivery.\nYou have demonstrated experience managing the modernization and migration of legacy applications to Azure cloud environments, including defining migration strategies for complex enterprise solutions leveraging AI\nYou have extensive experience working with Product Configurator, CPQ, engineering-to-order, or manufacturing solutions.\nYou possess advanced knowledge of Azure architecture and cloud-native design patterns, including microservices, event-driven architecture, distributed systems, and API-first approaches.\nYou demonstrate effective stakeholder management and communication skills, enabling collaboration across business and technical teams.\nYou have the ability to evaluate and question technical assumptions, provide recommendations, and shape strategic decisions.\nYou demonstrate ownership and accountability for end-to-end solution delivery, with a structured and solution-oriented approach.\nYour benefits:\nEnjoy flexible working hours to support your work-life balance.\nBenefit from the possibility of working from home, including a financial contribution to support your home office setup.\nReceive an annual financial bonus and benefit from an annual salary review.\nExplore opportunities for career growth and professional development within an international organization.\nTake advantage of a MultiSport card to support your health and well-being.\nBenefit from private medical care (including offers for family members) and life insurance.\nAccess learning and development opportunities, including internal and external professional training and language courses.\nChoose from various benefits in kind, ranging from healthy lifestyle offerings and knowledge sharing to team-building activities.\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
