Each day, you will define, manage, and monitor processes to meet requirements for Information Systems (IS) services by planning, measuring, and improving all aspects of IS services. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge processes, to contribute to enhancing organizational effectiveness.\nThe work model for the role is: #Li-hybrid\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nUnderstanding product specifications and user psychology to create designs that meet both business goals and user needs.\nCollaborating with other designers and stakeholders to identify problems, create information architecture (IA), and set delivery expectations with the team.\nProducing user experience solutions through various methods such as flow diagrams, mockups, storyboards, and site maps.\nProviding support to other team members, fostering a collaborative environment and sharing your expertise and insights.\nEnsuring the creation and implementation of customized experiences for digital users, keeping user satisfaction at the forefront of all design decisions.\nPresenting your designs and concepts to the team and all stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind your design decisions and responding constructively to feedback.\nQualifications for the role\nPlus 3 years of experience as a UX/UI designer, product or interaction designer, information architect, or a similar UX-related role.\nProficiency in Figma with an emphasis on speed and efficiency.\nStrong understanding of responsive design principles and diverse design styles.\nAdvanced knowledge of Design Systems and design tokens.\nExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify and manage complex processes.\nHigh attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, high-quality work.\nProficiency in conducting, analyzing, and applying insights from user research.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nExceptional verbal and written communication skills.\nPortfolio Requirement: A portfolio that demonstrates functional, user-centered designs and highlights your ability to solve complex UX/UI challenges.\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
