That's our story. Make it your story.\n Your role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Production Technician in defining processes. Each day, you will learn to accomplish relevant tasks through on-the-job training and applying this knowledge to support production. You will also showcase your expertise by optimizing the cost, quality, and on-time delivery of products.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nSupporting the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of products and services within the defined area as directed.\nMonitoring (under the supervision of a mentor) the production process and performs basic quality and testing checks.\nEnsuring effective usage of consumables, spare parts for machinery and equipment, and all sorts of preventive and corrective maintenance processes.\nProviding cycle time data for the production process to internal teams.\nQualifications for the role\nMust possess a valid ITI Certificate from a recognized institute.\nTrades accepted: Electrician, Fitter, Machinist, Mechanic, etc.\nBasic knowledge of tools and machinery related to the trade.\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings (for engineering trades).\nUnderstanding of safety protocols and quality standards.\nMore about us\nThe Large Motors and Generators Division offers a comprehensive product portfolio of large AC motors and generators.
