Supp. Oper.__\nAct as a first point of contact for users and stakeholders across digital procurement tools (SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass), providing support and resolving requests either directly or in coordination with external providers.\nYou will work in a ticket-based environment, ensuring smooth system usage and a positive end-user experience.\nResolve user requests and incidents (tickets) in a timely and structured manner\nProvide guidance and support to users, including diagnosing issues and clarifying system functionalities\nCollaborate with Business stakeholders and IS Delivery teams to resolve issues and ensure system stability\nSupport continuous improvement based on recurring issues and user feedback\nThe work model for the role is: hybrid.\nThis role is contributing to the Procure to Pay (P2P) Process Excellence & Digitalization organization in a global environment.
