Each day, you will support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate various business alternatives. Main stakeholders are JV Broad of directives\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nContribute to the definition of the company strategy. \nTranslate strategy into business plans and establish measurable targets. Drive business planning and forecasting process for the area of responsibility. \nMonitor progress achieved and provide insight and analysis to support operational decision-making (including pricing support) proactively. Identify issues and advise management on action plans and operational strategies to resolve\nDrive appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization and capital efficiency. Drive collection process to reduce overdue receivables and take actions to improve Net Working Capital. \nDrive processes related to the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other public financial reporting for local companies.\nEnsure timely and efficient communication with relevant stakeholders to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations, work quality and efficiency for area of responsibility \nAssessing business risk exposure and define risk mitigation strategies to reduce impact on business performance. Ensuring that risk management processes are consistently implemented in own area of responsibility \nEnsure transparency in financial reporting and disclosures. Defining and implementing internal controls regarding financial and non-financial operations\nStay updated on local laws and regulations, develop and implement compliance programs, conduct audits and assessments, provide training, ensure internal policy compliance, investigate violations, identify and manage compliance risks, maintain records, and prepare reports.\nQualifications for the role\nBachelor’s degrees in finance, accounting and related fields. 10 years’ work experiences in the areas of business controlling, financial reporting, and business performances review and analysis, with at least 5 years in people management.\nProven ability to anticipate, identify, and mitigate risks, and to apply appropriate controls over accounting and reporting processes.\nAbility to demonstrate your experience in Financial Analysis, Performance management, Data Analysis, Risk Management and Internal Control.\nPossess an enhanced knowledge of SAP System and reporting & controls platforms.\nBe fluent in both written and spoken English\nSAP or ERP Experience\nMore about us\nABB Smart Power provides energy distribution solutions for data centers, industrial and manufacturing plants, critical infrastructure and commercial buildings.
