Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nHUB Manager Europe LVS__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, as Local Business Line Manager for Low Voltage Systems (LVS) you will be responsible for the Profit & Loss, operational performance, business growth and strategy implementation for the Local Business Line.\nThe work model for the role is: Onsite\nThis role is contributing to the Low Voltage Systems, Smart Power Division, Electrification Business Area in Brno/Blučina, Czechia.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nImplement the Division and Global Business Line strategy in the LBL, ensure profitable business development, including profit and loss (P&L), in domestic and allocated markets.\nParticipate in Local Business Line strategy development and deployment as per Global Business Line (GBL) strategy.\nDevelop proactive strategies to increase customer satisfaction, business profits (EBITA) and operational effectiveness.\nEnsure achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and defining improvement actions as needed.\nFocus on achievement of operating cash flow, project on-time and on-cost, Requested On-Time Delivery (ROTD), improvement in project margin in execution, Transactional Net Promoter Score (TNPS), Productivity and cost reduction.\nDrive the relocation and start-up of the new ABB LVS factory in Blučina, Czech Republic, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal impact on operations, customers, and employees.\nManage business growth by scaling production capacity, resources, and operational efficiency to support increasing market demand.\nImplement localization plan and develop Extended Workbench Partners (EWB).\nExecute business unit/business line quality strategy. Drive quality improvement through target setting, monitoring, and benchmarking to continuously improve processes.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
